Account Manager

We are seeking an energetic, service-minded Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring clients’ needs and expectations are met, managing workflows between multiple teams, and assisting in sales and retention. Core Responsibilities:

  • Translate clients’ business objectives into a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan across multiple channels and resources, including but not limited to: PPC, social media, email, website optimizations, Amazon account optimizations and more
  • Organize, prioritize, outline and assign tasks and deliverables for each project
  • Manage workflow between cross-functional (creative and web development) teams
  • Act as a digital resource, completing tasks and deliverables when no other resource is available
  • Develop and manage timelines to ensure deliverables and projects remain on track and sensibly take the appropriate action when off track
  • Facilitate client and internal meetings and proactively prepare the team to ensure everyone is aligned, prepared and organized
  • Successfully define, monitor and report project budgets
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Solid understanding of and experience implementing various elements of digital marketing, including but not limited to: PPC advertising, social media marketing/advertising and email marketing
  • Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to research and execute new skills and processes with little to no direction from management
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 2+ years previous account management or digital marketing experience
  • Experience managing client budget and billing process
  • 2-4 years education in business or marketing
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Basic understanding of the software and platforms we use (see below)
  • Experience with Amazon seller tools (e.g. Seller Central, Vendor Central, Marketing Services, Brand Registry)
