Digital Marketing Coordinator


We are seeking an energetic, service-minded Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the Senior Digital Strategists and Account Managers to support our clients’ digital marketing needs.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (website, emails, social media, blogs, PPC, SEO)
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence and conversions
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Liaise with all resources (Sr. Digital Strategists, Account Managers, Design, Copywriters, and Development) to optimize customer experiences and ensure brand consistency
  • Keep up with technology trends such as web, mobile, CRM, social, SEO, SEM, and participate in regular knowledge exchanges with peers
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs, business, products, and market, and conduct regular reviews of their competitor activities and online presence
  • Lead discovery and research in early project stages: stakeholder interviews, primary and secondary research, review analytics and other materials in order to distill findings and direction for project teams
  • Provide ongoing strategic and tactical advice to clients on a wide range of digital marketing topics and continue to highlight company service offerings
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Solid understanding of and experience implementing various elements of digital marketing, including but not limited to: PPC advertising, social media marketing/advertising and email marketing
  • Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to research and execute new skills and processes with little direction from management
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 0-2 years previous digital marketing experience
  • 2-4 years education in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing Google AdWords Campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and tools like Google Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Familiarity with website design and HTML
