Challenges:

This popular food brand created a website years ago, but hadn’t yet optimized it for search. Their landing pages had minimal content, they didn’t have schema on any pages and there were major inconsistencies among their URLs, title tags, H1s and meta descriptions. On top of that, their content was out of date and in need of a refresh. They knew they were missing out on organic traffic, and approached AirTank for our SEO expertise.

Solutions:

AirTank began by conducting industry research to better understand the competition, keyword focus and Google SERP performance. Using this data, we recommended a list of keywords and long-tail keywords for each landing page, and then updated each page with up-to-date, keyword-optimized content (including URLs, title tags, H1s, meta descriptions and landing page copy). We made sure that Google was indexing the right pages that would provide value for search. Finally, we created JSON-LD schema for each landing page so that Google crawlers can better understand the content.

Results:

As a result of AirTank’s SEO expertise, this popular food brand saw a 347% increase in organic traffic compared to the same 6-month period from the previous year.
